Apartelle has a 2 weeks cancellation policy. All bookings cancelled within 2 weeks of the Commencement date, will be non-refundable. All other cancellations which are over 2 weeks from the arrival date are refundable but subject to a £50.00 cancellation fee. This can be used as credit towards any future booking made by the same client within six months of the cancellation, according to availability. The Property will be ready from 14:00h on the commencement date of the booking, unless otherwise agreed with Apartelle. Please note that all cancellations should be made in writing by fax or by e-mail.
